    The Heart Behind the Grind

    Meet the Owners

    Travis & Lindsey Jankowski

Travis and Lindsey Jankowski built JPC on the foundation of family, faith, and hard work. After more than a decade in professional baseball, Travis wanted to bring the same level of discipline, energy, and purpose that shaped his career back home to Lancaster County. Together with Lindsey, they transformed that vision into a family-owned gym designed for athletes, parents, and everyday competitors who share one goal — to grow stronger inside and out.

    Our Story

What started as a dream between a pro ballplayer and his wife became a reality in 2025 when the Jankowskis took a leap of faith and purchased what is now Jankowski Performance Complex. From day one, the mission was simple: create a space where elite-level coaching meets genuine community. Every upgrade, every new program, and every member experience has been built with intention — to challenge, to inspire, and to remind people that consistency and heart always win.

    Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver professional-level training in a family-centered environment that pushes athletes and members alike to reach their full potential. We believe that results come from effort, humility, and community — the same values that have carried the Jankowski family through baseball seasons, business ventures, and life.

    Our Vision

Our vision is to build a community where every athlete, member, and family feels supported in their pursuit of strength, balance, and growth. We’re here to raise the standard, set the pace, and make JPC a place people are proud to call home.
